Where do we ship from and ship to?

 

 

Our location New Jersey & California. We ship worldwide (United States, Puerto Rico, Canada, all APO & FPO addresses). United States shipping is free.  If we are shipping your order to Puerto Rico or an APO / FPO address or outside of the united states or if you specifically request package to be delivered by U.S. Mail, please use contact us link about for any additional cost that may apply.

 

What are my payment options?
We accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We support checkout with Paypal checkout and International checkout. All prices are in US funds. Orders may be made via our web site, or by phone.

 

What is or normal shipping and lead time?

Most orders ship from our New Jersey or California Warehouse within 2-3 business days (excluding Saturday & Sunday). However, processing times may change according to order volume or seasonality.  If you select Standard Shipping, there is no tracking information.  YOU MUST ALLOW and YOU AGREE to wait 7-14 BUSINESS DAYS FOR DELIVERY.  If you have not received your order after 14 business days contact us.

 

What are our shipping rates and return policy?

We currently offer "FREE SHIPPING" with no tax applied for United States delivery.  If any merchandise received damaged you should notify us within 3 days upon receipt to receive Return Authorization Number RA# .  All jewelry sales are final.

What factors can delay order delivery?

We  always try to deliver your orders in the timeliest manner. However, certain products or locations can affect shipping delivery times. Rings which require sizing usually have a 2 day delay associated with them. Deliveries to Canada usually result in a 3 day delay. Special custom orders may also be delayed. Orders can also be delayed due to credit verifications, and when the “Bill To” and “Ship to” addresses are not the same on high order values. Orders of in stock products which are not rings usually ship out to our customers within 48 hours.

 

What type of discounts do you offer?
We offers an every day low price on most of our catalog known as "My Price".  Some products have special sale prices associated with them which offer a large discount known as the "My Sale Price." Use contact us link above to inquire about volume discounts.  We currently offer free shipping for every/any purchase.
